A Whirlwind Weekend in Seattle

If you were to come visit for a whirlwind vacation:
1. I'd take you out for fish and chips at Ivar's on the Pier. You can order whatever you want, but I'd strongly recommend the Halibut and Chips! They use fresh-caught seafood (literally, the restaurant is right on the pier). A local favorite!
2. Seattle is famous for a reason! You shouldn't miss the opportunity to buy a Seattle CityPass: it's a book of tickets for all the famous attractions including a ride to the top of the Space Needle, Experience Music Project, the Museum of Flight, the Pacific Science Center, the Seattle Aquarium and more all for $60!
3. Calories don't count on vacation, so we'll stop and grab a treat at Top Pot doughnuts. The home of such deliciously new combinations like cherry blossom doughnuts.
4. The weather is not great, yet we get outdoors whenever we can. We'll take advantage of one of our gorgeous days at Gasworks Park right on Lake Union. Perfect views of the  mountains, lakes, and Seattle skyline!
5. The locals would stone me if I didn't show you Post Alley at Pike Place Market. The most charming little alley with adorable shops and cozy restaurants, complete with cobblestone streets and gorgeous architecture.
6. You didn't ask, but I'll tell you anyway that Nordstrom was founded here and a trip to Seattle wouldn't be complete without visiting the Nordstrom Flagship store! We're talking 6 HUGE FLOORS of Nordstrom goodness that is any girls dream. We'll {window} shop the day away and get lost in the gorgeousness. Trust me. It's heaven.
