Boston

I am alive and well. Except, you know, tired from all the moving. Also, the two trips to IKEA.

The apartment is slowly approaching some semblance of order and we finally went to the grocery store tonight (in our house, we get the Internet hooked up before we go grocery shopping. We have our priorities, people).

Pictures possibly coming tomorrow if we can get it looking decent.

  1. Yeah! I was thinking of you guys and hoping it was all going smoothly. Glad to hear the internet is up and running - everything else is minor in comparison!

  7. Welcome to the east coast! Have some clam chowder in my stead; it is not even adequate down this way. :(

However, we would love to have you come visit and have a soft pretzel and a cheesesteak!

  14. I've only been reading your blog for a few months so I don't know your background at all. Have you lived in Boston before? Or has the husband? Cause if not I will need to give you my list of places to eat and things to do.

  20. Glad the move went ok!

And isn't Ikea the most fun yet exhausting place? I love looking around, but always feel like I need a nap afterwards :)

  21. I'm glad that you survived the ordeal of moving. I have great anxiety around moving. I get hyper organized, slightly manic, then cry. It's a bit of a tradition. Happy Boston to you!

  23. Aren't you glad that you are still close to an IKEA? We have already been to ours once as well - but they wouldn't take Claire in Smaland like they did in Round Rock...weren't they ever taught that kids thrive on consistency? It was a sad day for the girl. Glad to hear you made it to Boston safe!
